Roy Mustang: Hey, I heard that you needed a mission...well, you're just in time. There's been a breach of security at the Northern HQ. We need you to go and apprehend these criminals and bring them back here...but be warned...they are very skilled alchemists-from the rumors I've heard...-You're the only one that can do this...are you in?

You must go to the Northern HQ and find the alchemists inside...be careful...like I said earlier, they mean bad news. One of them has a black beard and usually wears black sunglasses. The other one is blonde, but hardly speaks. That should be enough for you to spot them. But they're under cover...
