Having nowhere to go, I decided that I better go to the city of Resembool. The desert was flat and featureless. I bid goodbye to the man who had helped me from the inn and traveled on.
It took many days and nights, but at last I entered the city gates of Resembool, tired and hungry. I needed a place to sleep and a place to plan what I do next.
